The agreement between BizFlow and your business. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BizFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Description of Service
BizFlow provides an AI-native business operating system for appointment-based SMEs. The service includes booking management, WhatsApp integration, automated reminders, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Usage of BizFlow may be subject to subscription fees. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Data and Content
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the platform. However, you grant BizFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and process your data to provide the service and improve our AI models.
6. Limitation of Liability
BizFlow provides the service "as is". In no event shall BizFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.
